FALL INDOOR ADULT LEAGUES

LEAGUE DESCRIPTIONS

• August 22-October 16

• 8 games

• Game time: 50 minutes (2 x 25 min halves)

• 6 v 6 (5 + gk)

• Suggested roster size of 10-12 players

• All players must be 18 & out of high school

• COED: 2 female field players required (gk not included)

• DANGEROUS BALL/ HIGH & HARD RULE IN AFFECT FOR COED RECREATIONAL, WOMEN'S OVER 30, & WOMEN'S OVER 40 ONLY

• OVER 50 & OVER 60: MINI TEAMS- 2 mini teams merge each week to create 1 full team (max 6 players on a mini team roster)
