We believe good soccer is better soccer! Our philosophy and objective is obtained through stressing sportsmanship and fair play. Our management, staff and officials strive to accomplish this with our rules and style of officiating. We believe this philosophy extends into the spectator area as well to complete the overall sportsmanship and atmosphere that the whole family, at all ages, can enjoy.
Everyone can compete recreationally. Whether highly skilled or lower skilled, teams have shown that they can compete without having a trophy. Break Away philosophy and atmosphere is conducive to this spirit of play.
Gender choices of play: Break Away Sports believes very strongly in offering players the opportunities to play with players of both genders at an early age. We also believe in allowing genders to play with their own gender as an option. Older youth and adult age groups have the opportunity to enjoy playing exclusively with their gender or in a coed league. If no gender is noted it is open to anyone in that age group. When gender is noted in a league it indicates that league as gender specific.
All skill levels are welcome. Break Away Sports offers a wide variety of different leagues. Due to the large number of teams that register, it allows us to match skill levels of competition as much as possible.
