Summer Classes 2008
Our instructional classes are second to none in the area. Our professional staff is led by Matt Lombardino. Children will be led through programs focusing on ball contact and small sided games. Summer sessions are 5 weeks long. All classes are held indoors at Break Away. Break Away offers a great learning environment: air conditioning, no sun burns, and no mosquitoes!

| Player & Parent Requirements |
- All players must wear shin guards
- All parents of youth players must sign the player consent form to play
- Parents must be present to provide support for preschool programs

| Registration Procedure |
- Complete registration form and return with appropriate fee. All fees include tax.
- No confirmation calls will be made.
- Participants are accepted on a first come, first registration basis.
- Individuals registering after registration date will be charged a $10 late fee, if space is available.
- Each session has limited space!
- No refunds 1 week prior to program. Any refund requires a $20 administration fee.
